Manufactured and shipped within 2 weeks.
• Tie-on waist chains (permanent)
Shipping within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Bath accessories & essentials
Shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as the order is shipped.

Can I return a necklace?
Due to the intimate nature of waist chains, returns are not accepted for:
• Tie-up models
• Customized models with clasps
Except in the event of a defect noted upon receipt.
Products eligible for return
Unworn, unused accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective product
If an item is defective upon receipt:
