1. What are waist beads?

Handcrafted waist chains, also known as waist beads or hip beads, are beads worn around the waist or hips.
Traditionally found in West Africa, they are now worn as body jewelry, markers of identity, and lines of conscious sensuality.

2. How do I choose my size?

Our cutting chains are available:

• Tie-back version (permanent)
• Version with clasp (removable)

3. What is the difference between "tie-back" and "with clasp"?

Tie-on (permanent wear)
The chain is adjusted directly on your body and then tied. It cannot be removed unless cut.

With clasp (removable)
A closure system is added according to your measurements. You can remove and replace your waist chain.

4. What are the delivery times?

All models with clasps are made to measure and shipped within two weeks.
Models with ties and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). As the more holistic part is personalized, delivery times will be confirmed after your order has been placed.

5. Can I shower with my waist chain on?

Yes, our chains are designed to be worn every day.
However, to preserve the luster of the pearls and metal elements, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorinated or salt water.

6. Do you offer limited editions?

Yes.

The current edition brings together limited edition collections, built around a specific theme and inspired by cultural exchanges between West Africa, the Caribbean, and the Americas.

7. Do the chains have spiritual significance?

Some collections are inspired by Yoruba and African traditions.
Our creations are not religious objects, but symbolic and personal pieces to be worn according to your intention.

8. Can I offer a size chain?
